Join us for a 4 week online group supporting tweens and teens to build unshakeable self confidence, understand how their nervous system works, learn to manage their emotions, and navigate the challenges of everyday life.
Many young people today feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of themselves, but without the tools or language to understand and process what’s happening internally, these feelings can quickly build up and bubble over to explosive reactions or complete shutdown.
This programme has been carefully designed to help them make sense of their emotions, understand who they are beneath the surface, and feel more in control of their lives. Together we will explore their inner critic, build a more supportive inner voice, begin to understand their triggers and learn how to recgonise what truly impacts how they feel.
Through a calm, supportive, and friendly approach, they will learn practical tools to manage stress and anxiety,
including breathing techniques, grounding tools, and simple ways to regulate their nervous system. They’ll also build
their own personalised toolkit to help them navigate big emotions, setbacks, and everyday challenges.
We focus on building confidence from within, helping them reconnect with what lights up their internal flame,
develop a healthier relationship with mistakes, and feel more secure in who they are, without constantly comparing
or doubting themselves.

KNOW YOURSELF
Start making sense of your inner world. Understand your emotions, notice your triggers, and recognise the patterns behind your reactions. You’ll explore your inner critic and negative self talk, notice your body signals, and track thought patterns so you can understand yourself instead of feeling out of control.

STEADY YOURSELF
Learn how to handle intense emotions without being pulled into a storm and letting them take over. Build your own practical toolkit to calm your body, regulate your nervous system, and move through stress, anxiety, anger, or shutdown in a way that feels more controlled, grounded, and steady.

BE YOURSELF
Reconnect with who you are underneath the outside noise and discover what really lights up your inner fire. Build real confidence and unshakeable self trust, learn to express yourself, set boundaries, and stop shrinking or doubting yourself so you can show up more fully as you.
what do I need to know?

4 x 60 minute online workshops

Groups will be kept small for safety and connection (max 6 - 8)

For teens and tweens: age 12-16

Delivered on a secure and locked Zoom room

A space that feels safe, relaxed and real without pressure to perform or “fit in”

Cameras can be switched off and there is no need to speak or share before you're ready

A mix of guidance, reflection, and practical tools without the heavy lectures
