This isn’t quick fix mindset work, and it isn’t about becoming someone brand new. It’s

about understanding how you adapted over time, releasing yourself from the cage, and

choosing differently from a grounded place.

 

Through a blend of psychology, nervous system integration, and identity based coaching,

we create steady, lasting change by connecting you back with who you truly are under the

masks and layers.

I offer 2 options carefully designed to meet you where you are at, and guide you

INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLING

If you’re not quite ready for coaching, or you’re looking for a space to slow down with a more gentle approach, this is for you. A grounded, therapeutic space to explore your emotions, untangle what feels heavy, and begin to gently process all parts of you.

Perfect for if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying past trauma. Together, we work at your pace, combining compassion-led integrative therapy with nervous system awareness to help you feel safer in your mind and body again

Perfect for if you’ve already started your healing journey but you often find yourself stuck in patterns, disconnected from yourself, and you're ready to release what no longer serves you in life.

It's not a quick fix, but a deep, supportive process to help you regulate your body and rebuild from the inside out.
